Missing Screws

I™€™ve just got my air conditioner up and running. It™€™s cooling down my bedroom nicely. However, the screws were missing to assemble the window kit. GE™€™s parts department, while trying to be helpful, couldn™€™t find any listing for screws to attach the window panels. I went to my local hardware store and found what I needed there.

Amazing and strong system that quickly cools down the entire room. Within 10 minutes of the unit vent on, the entire room had cooled down. It is quiet and operates amazingly. Highly recommend as we head into summer!

Fantastic portable AC

Really happy with this portable AC. Setup was super easy, the window hose install took just a few minutes and it was ready to go. It started cooling down the room almost immediately after I started it up and it has been keeping the room really comfortable even during the hotter times of the day. It™€™s also a lot quieter than I thought it would be which I appreciate as I have it in the main living area of our home. Overall it™€™s very well made and I am so happy about this product

Great portable AC for bedroom

I™€™m using this portable AC in my 450 sq ft bedroom, and it cools the room surprisingly well even though it™€™s rated for smaller spaces. Once I turn it on, the room starts to cool down pretty quickly. Installation was easy and took me less than an hour, including reading the manuals, and the control is simple and straightforward. I especially like the delay timer and dry mode, since I prefer appliances that can serve multiple functions. The swing feature is also great because it can direct airflow upward and spreads cool air around the room instead of blowing straight at me while I sleep. It™€™s a little noticeable noise-wise, even in quiet mode, but still acceptable to me. The AC can be connected through wifi but I personally don™€™t think I™€™m gonna use that function too much, but it™€™s still a great addition for the convenience. Overall, I™€™m very satisfied with this AC. It™€™s powerful, easy to use, and fits nicely in my room.

Woke up feeling super excited to set up my GE Portable A/C today. A heatwave in February! After leaving the house? Driving home I tried the APP, only about 15 minutes before arriving home. OMG! It works fantastic! It's amazing! My bedroom was very chilly. The uhit is a bit heavy but its complimented with 4 sturdy wheels for easily moving it. I can't wait to try the features for the dehumidifier!

Effective but loud

This weekend we are having a heat wave before the weather is supposed to cool down a bit again, so it was the perfect time to test it out. This portable air conditioner is easy to install and use. You just need a window that will allow the hose to exhaust hot air outside. It is quite a heavy unit but rolls easily. It is WiFi capable and you can use with the app to manage and control. Not super compact but not huge either. A good mid size. It has a flap that adjusts with a button on the unit to change the direction of air flow from the top of the unit. It is effective at cooling the room throughly. However, it is quite loud and has a bit of a rattle. The true test will be over the summer. I bought a portable air conditioner of a different brand two summers ago and it didn™€™t even survive through 2 months before it broke. Hoping this one makes it through the upcoming summer months as well as for years to come. I like that you don™€™t have to continuously drain excess water. It has an evaporative feature and will also alert you if the tank fills and needs to be drained.

This portable air conditioner cools my room down surprisingly fast and keeps the temperature consistent. It's easy to set up and doesn't take up much space. The remote makes it very convenient to adjust the unit without having to get up. The noise level is noticeable but not bad at all being an air conditioner. It's a nice addition to areas of the home that need help with cooling. I'll be using this in my garage as well during the summer to cool my home gym.
