I haven™™t had my dryer very long, and today I see that the drum isn™™t spinning. It™™s heating, but because it™™s not spinning, the clothes aren™™t drying.

Clothes are still wet after drying in high heat for three hours. I've reduced the size of the load and I have the same issue.

I bought this a few months ago. I had to get all the parts in it fixed because it was damaged on the inside. Since then though I have had no problems. Good quality dryer.

Now to see how easy it is to get my brand new dryer fixed. First load it souldnds like a big bird chirping loudly. There is a swishing sound which I think is normal but the big bird sound is driving me crazy. We made sure the piece they put i. to keep the barrel from jiggling out of place during transport was not in pthere somewhere. I will update after they fix.

Part of installation included teaching how dryer worked. Dryer squeaked right away and has done off and on since. Sears installer said he let sears know and they would take care of it. Have not heard from Sears.

I like the dryer, but the lint trap leaves a lot to be desired. Doesn't fit snugly so some lint still gets in the machine.

Trusted our local appliance store for a great dryer at a great price..my favorite thing is that the dryer leaves cloths dry and fluffy at end of cycle. Also has a delicate cycle , low heat.
