No fabric softener spot to pour in softener, wouldn™€™t recommend this washer. Came with the house that I bought would not recommend this washer. It™€™s as basic as basic can be. Have to buy an additional part to be able to use fabric softener.

This machine was not my first choice. It came with the home we purchased. I dont care for any machine that still uses the agitator in it. Its not necessary and take up room. While I have no isues with the way it works, this is a newer old version of a machine. They need to upgrade thi. I understand its a good value but I think there is better out there

Washer came with my new build and personally I would™€™ve rather chosen Maytag for laundry equipment, it™€™s a very loud machine and there™€™s no fabric softener dispenser . Even when setting the rinse cycle on the machine there™€™s no buzzer or any way of knowing when it™€™s time to dispense the fabric softener. I prefer having the trays for liquid soap and softener.

Unreliable Clothes Washer

I have lived in the same apartment for a little over two years now I™€™m on my second going on third clothes washer. Continual problems with banging during the wash and spin cycle. Maintenance has tried to replace Springs re-leveled it called in a GE rep. I think it™€™s just this model that™€™s causing a lot of problems. My question is I™€™ve had basic washers before while I was in the military for 20 years. I™€™ve never had a washer like it™€™s act like this. I don™€™t wash rugs. I don™€™t wash mats level things out inside the washer myself prior to wash. I would love a response just for informational purposes, so I can speak more intelligently to my apartment complex manager about replacement replacements, virtual being fixed multiple and multiple times P s unable to load video

I use the machine every day I have a husband who is incontinence and an autistic adult grandson who is the same. The machine is making noise and moving when spinning no matter how small or large the load is. I need to have someone come and check the machine out. It is not normal for a new machine to perform like this.

My machine is about 4 days old. It soaked my clothes, did the whole agitation thing, drained the excess water, but left my clothes soaked. It won't do the spin cycle, even if I just set it to "drain and spin." I went to contact customer support but they aren't open. I suppose my clothes will just stay soaked for a few days. Even this review field doesn't work properly when typing into it. Just gonna add that I did not choose this appliance. My apartment chose it for me after the agitator of my previous GE washer fell off. Didn't know that was a thing, but here we are.

This is a Terrible washing machine. If you want warm water, forget it, you won't get it. It will be barely warmer than cold. If you want a large load, forget it, it won't fill the tub anywhere near what a large load should be. You have to use the super size to wash just about anything except a couple of towels. You can't open the lid if the load becomes imbalanced because this machine thinks you're five years old. It's loud, and stupid, not smart. I would Never recommend this washing machine, or anything like it, to anyone.

This washing machine is terrible. The only good things I can say is that it has a large tub and a setting for bulky items. Other than these two things, it stinks. It takes away virtually all control a person has over the machine. My old machine was wonderful and allowed you to control the rinse cycles and you could interrupt a cycle to make adjustments. Even the large tub isn't as good a thing as it could be because this lame machine will only fill it up to a certain point. The washing mechanism doesn't do as good a job as the old agitators. If you want a second rinse cycle, you have to start all over again and do another wash cycle and then remember to turn the thing off after; so that you don't to do an entire wash cycle again. If I had to do it over again, I would have taken the money offered by the home warranty and bought a good machine. Assuming there are any good machines out there anymore.

Unbalanced loads

This washer works well when washing shirts but when anything larger is being washed, like jeans, bed sheets, or towels, the loads continuously get bunched up and unbalanced, which requires constant ™€˜babysitting.™€™ The items are very clean, but it™€™s annoying to have to manually rebalance the load before each spin. We even had our valves replaced, thinking it was a water pressure issue. Needs an option to add more water. It™€™s also quite loud and spins unusually long, even for small loads.

Love this washer. Holds lots of laundry and cleans quickly and efficiently. The control panel is easy to use and the cycle is pretty fast. It does seem to be a bit on the noisy side but I just moved in and I figure it's only loud due to lack of furniture to absorb the sound. Overall it's awesome and the top loaders stay cleaner compared to fancy front loaders(which tend to smell). 10/10 for sure would recommend!!!
