So far since I have purchased this stove I have only had the oven light blow out and mainly problems with the glass stove top burners. The fast boiler burner died two times and the large burner only lights up the outer part of the burner. I wish I could get the SERVICE MANUAL for this stove so that when I receive the replacement burner filament I will know what I am doing to replace it. But all I can find is the operators manual which is useless to me. Other than that I love the stove but I dont think I will go with a glass top again. It gets too scratched up and looks bad.

Range appears to be nice, EXCEPT for setting the cloc, oven cooks evenly ceramic cooktop not ideal for cast iron, but works great for stainless and porcelain covered cast iron, PLUS my wife, ClIre likes the look and it™™s ™her™ range;)
I would have preferred a gas appliance, but gas is no available where we live

It is a little over 4 years with very moderate use but suddenly the HOT Cooktop light keep on. Tried to find some information for trouble shotting but not available. The repair department definitely wanted to schedule for replace with this price: $99.95 +labor+material. How can people spend this money for this junk product?

After 4 years of moderate use, there is significant rusting on the door trim near the bottom. Now the main burner element has gone out, and will cost over $110 to replace it. Just not the quality I expected for this product.

I Bought this in 3/27/14 I have to change the light bulb every 3 months and I keep my top clean use the right cleaner never set anything on top and top just cracked across the burner and going towards the top. I do use proper cookwear and just after using it 20 minutes later it was cracked my pan was light so not the pan nothing sitting on top.I looked for replacement top is very costly will not buy another

I bought this item a year and half ago. I like it so much and went out and bought the cook top with the same feature. The range section it perfect I don't have worry that the temperature will change.

Have had this less than a year. Have had to change the oven bulb 4 times. Really hard to keep clean. Make sure to add 15 minutes to anything you cook in the oven.

I have this stove about a year now and I am not please with it at all. Its cooks entirely too fast and when the food is finished cooking, I turn down to the lowest setting to keep the food warm, the food continue to cook. The melt setting still cooks fast and also the warming zones cook your food instead of keeping it warm. At first I thought to return it, but I thought I would get use to the way the stove cook, but I was wrong.

I bought this stove/oven in July 2016. Previously had a double oven so was a bit concerned how I would manage with one oven for holidays and company. I am pleased to say thanksgiving went smoothly, with plenty of room for my 23lb turkey, my baking I have done during these months has been evenly baked at the right time, cleanup of spills on cooktop have cleaned up beautifully. I really like the warming spot feature - helped w/tday prep. Very happy with purchase! Would def recommend.

I have now had this oven a year and I love it. I love to cook and bake. The rapid boil feature is no lie. The warmer plate in the back middle is perfect. If I'm out grilling I put the pot of pork n beans on just the warming plate, and by the time the grilling is done it's the perfect temp. Now the cleaning is a bit of a pain but that is where the hubby comes in. I got the black oven and he can't stand it if it doesn't shine! So I have a polisher. The crease around the edge is a bit of a crumb catcher but not hard to clean up. All and all I do enjoy it. Remember flat pans only and no cast iron! Thanks GE for a wonderful product!

I have never used a self cleaning oven. When I used this feature for the first time, I was skeptical. After I opened the door, I stood there in disbelief and marveled at the disappearance of stuff from the bottom of the stove! Wow! It heats up fast and it's easy to use. I have never been an electric stove person, I have always used gas. But this stove has totally transformed me into a lover of electric.

I am so disappointed that my old stove with a glass top was soo much easier to keep clean. My old oven would indicate what the temperature was rising to as it reached my maximum setting. My new GE only indicates the temperature I set it for, not temperatures as it is rising to my max setting.

We bought this stove back in March when the circuit board burned out on our previous stove. The Oven heats evenly as does the stove top. I love the center warming zone and the 2 dual elements on the stove top.

Our gas stove blew up and we went back to electric. This is the best stove/oven we have ever had! So many features and it works better and faster than the gas stove did at boiling water even! The warming burner is awesome and helps save time with cooking multiple food items!
