Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Extreme Ripoff

Bdh444 9/12/2025

Ordered a Range Grate Foot # WB02T10461, which I had previously ordered, and was charged $7.10 for 1 grate foot which is very tiny and probably costs 12 cents to make. Previously they came in a packet of 12. $7.10 for a 12 cent part is a giant ripoff. I will be sure to pass along your ripoff tactics. P.S. I called customer service and she said sorry, and that's all.

Do NOT fit cooktop grates

Katy1970 1/2/2025

I wonder why GE creates a replacement product that doesn't fit...?? Ridiculous. The knockoffs don't fit either as they take their specs from GE. These are TOO small and fall out. They are also super expensive for what they are. Stop robbing your customers....and yes, I did look at the correct part for my cooktop.

Poor fit - misleading

Wrong Size 2/13/2021

The rubber grate foot that was recommended by GE was too small and continually falls out as soon as you remove the grate for cleaning.

feet too small

GE Momma 10/16/2020

I choose to pay more and purchase the GE part directly from you (no aftermarket, no name, no brand, generic feet) so the feet would be a perfect fit and that was NOT the case. The feet are too small and fall out when I turn the grate over to place it back on the stove. Very disappointing.

Gas Cooktop Grate Rubber Foot

davenlani 8/6/2019

The rubber feet on these gas cooktop grates are terrible. They are 'temporary' items. Plan on replacing them frequently and you can only buy them as a single item at $2.75 each. Should be able to purchase in bulk since they don't last.

You have to use an adhesive to get them to stay

Bikeme1 6/6/2019

Kudos to Miketheretiredengineer. What he suggests is actually a requirement. The picture provided by Anonymous provides a clue, but doesn't identify what it is. Based on the all the reviews, I expected I'd have the same result (i.e., falling feet) if I bought replacements and simply pushed them in. So I called GEAppliances.com and asked them why they don't address this. I didn't get an actual answer. I then asked them if they recommend an adhesive, and they don't. So I did some research on best rubber/metal adhesive with high temperature tolerance and came up with Permatex Black Adhesive/Sealant (silicone based). In the process of cleaning up my existing feet and their associated holes in the grate (denatured alcohol), I noticed that they didn't look exactly the same. They all had various little bits of additional material. After manipulating this a bit, I found out that it's some kind of black adhesive still stuck to the foot - this is the difference between the left and right picture in the post by Anonymous. So I removed the excess, applied my adhesive, and installed. Any excess adhesive will come out the hole in the middle of the foot (if clear) and can be wiped off. NOTE that this is how the grates were originally produced. It would have been nice if GE Appliances.com had tracked this down and included installation instructions for this part in its documentation. Then again, it probably carries million(s) of parts - most of which produce more than $2.50 of revenue per part. I think the part deserves a 5-star rating, but the lack of appropriate installation instructions drops it to a 2-star.

What a waste

rhMiller 1/25/2019

How infuriating it is when this item for $2.50 that you have to have doesnt fit. It falls out constantly, which means the top of my Stainless Steel stove top is scratched all over. I paid a lot for this stove, refridgeragtor, dishwasher, and microwave, only to buy these rediculous little "Grate Foot". I believe I've bought at least 15, an I need to buy more. Any suggestions GE???

5TH time ordering

ALinNY 5/7/2018

bought the stove in 2005 and i think this is the 5th or 6th time I am ordering these grate foot replacements and I can tell from the reviews that not much has improved. I agree w/all the complains of the feet falling out every time the grate is removed. I have ordered 4-6 pkgs every time and i am running low again. Between the $2.50 cost for each pkg and shipping, I probably could have bought a new stove.

Grate feet are great

Miketheretiredengineer 1/29/2018

I am a retired engineer and these Bosch grate feet are excellent. I have been using these grate feet for a long time on a KitchenAid grate. They are designed well and are robust for the application. To keep the feet from falling out of the grate put a dab of silicone on them while inserting. Also when you remove a grate don™€™t drag it across the cooktop, lift it up and set it down. If you drag it Across the surface just about anything will fall off or be damaged. There is nothing wrong with the design of these rubber feet.

Piece of junk

Mad Nick 1/7/2018

I've had this stovetop for years and have had to replace at least 20 of these misfitting rubber feet. Until I can replace this stovetop I'm forced into buying these over priced, misfitting feet. I wouldn't recommend this appliance to anyone.

Poor Fit

KKong 9/28/2017

I agree with BJoe, the difference is mine don't stay on at all. Seems as though the replacements are not the same as the original. The intense heat melts these things. and they are way too expensive for something that only lasts a couple of days (cause they drop off and then you can't find them). As far as recommending the product, NO, but what choice do you have?

Grate Feet Are Poor and Expensive

BJoe 8/13/2017

In my opinion, the grate feet are hardly snug and fall out far too often (leading too frequent loss since they are so tiny). I also believe that they are too expensive to replace (at $2.50 a pop). In addition, the online parts ordering mechanism indicates that the company charges $3.95 to ship one -- and $5.95 to ship four. I am dubious that the small bag used to ship four is any larger or much weightier than the bag used to ship but one.

little pricey for such a little bit of rubber

Rational Observer 6/2/2017

I've bought several (okay a couple dozen) of these things over the past 12 years too. They eventually wear down and/or tear. They are little pieces of rubber with exposure to extreme heat - I also expect to replace the tires on my car. I am fine with the fit and function - I'd just like to see a better price. Knowing that these little parts are going to consistently fail, they should be sold by the dozen for about 9.99 per package.

I_don_want_a_nickname 6/1/2017

This is a racket! Those rubber feet keep falling off when we clean the kitchen and every other time, it gets swallowed by the vacuum cleaner before we realize they are missing. I can't believe that there is no updated design. range came with the house. will likely not get GE when we replace it!

Grate Foot Poor Quality and Fit

Jim656 5/2/2017

I've bought a couple of dozen of these over the past ten years. They fall out all of the time and get lost. The fit is not secure enough, but the design never changes. There is no good substitute, so we're stuck until we buy a new stove top, probably not GE.
