Like many others, I ordered the filter listed on the website for this microwave. However, when I went to install, learned it was the incorrect part. What is the part number for the replacement GE filter. Please post or contact me so I can order correct part.

What is the correct part number for the charcoal filter for a GE microwave model JVM7195DK3BB? The manual says JX81H but I do not find it on your site. After reading other reviews/questions I want to make sure I order the correct one and that it is in stock.

I ordered the filter recommended on the website for my microwave, but it was incorrect. Very frustrating. But customer service arranged a full refund with free return shipping. Additionally, the correct item is out of stock.

The filter I ordered does not fit the model microwave I have. I got to the part number by entering my model number, but it links to wrong part. When I called to return it, they gave me the correct part number which cost $36 and they expect you to change it every 6 months. $72/yr for a $360 microwave!!! Not happening!

I'm yet another person who bought this filter only to find out it isn't the correct one. I'm one of several reviews at this point. GE has even responded to them. I never thought I'd need to check reviews to see if the part matches the model number when I'm buying direct from the manufacturer.
GE, why have you not updated your website when this issue became known to you?

The GE Appliances web site specifies filter part number WB02X10956 for my JVM7195SK6SS Microwave Oven. I ordered it from Amazon. They shipped the part I ordered, but it is nothing like the filter in the unit. I reached out to the parts team and was told that the correct part is WB06X10807. This part is out of stock at GE and several other sellers. One seller's site says that this filter has been discontinued and replaced by WB02X35607. I read the review on this filter and saw many people say that it falls out of the bracket on their oven. What is going on??!! Why can't GE reliably specify the right filter for their product. Please tell me what filter I need for my JVM7195SK6SS. Then I have to deal with returning the wrong filter to Amazon (not their fault) and purchasing the right filter (from someone else if Amazon doesn't carry it). I only want to do this once.

You still haven't corrected the part number for the charcoal filter for the GE over the range microwave oven PVM9179SK6SS and it's been at least two months since other people have complained about this. Now it's my turn. I ordered the part number your own web site said to order - and of course it's the wrong one. Now I have to figure put how to get the right one through you. In the attached picture, the long rectangular filter is what the microwave currently contains, but the short rectangular filter is what I ordered and received based on the information on your web site.

I looked up this filter based on the model number of my microwave. This was the result. When filters arrived, they were not the right size. Also, my existing filter is an accordian type filter, and this is not

I chose this charcoal filter as the manual says, "Order Part No. JX81H from your
GE supplier." GE website says WB02X10956 is the part that superseded this part number. However it does not fit! Now I'm stuck returning and trying to find a part that will fit!

Returned product ad it did not fit the microwave. In the manual I ordered what was indicated. The filter was short and wide which did not fit. I researched and found GR parts website one and it said out of stock. It also stated it was replaced by the one they sent me. What up GE changing parts on a brand new appliances which DO NOT FIT.

I ordered the part GE had listed on their website for my model number and when it arrived I couldn't install it because the wrong part number was linked to my model number online. I had to call and sit on hold for 30 minutes to get it resolved, the correct part is backordered so it will be weeks before I can get the needed filter.

We had a horrific amount of heat here in SEA, which affected a lot of appliances. The microwave fan came on and wouldn't shut off except at the breaker. I read the instructions and turned off the breaker until the filter arrived. When I replaced it, which was easy, the fan didn't come back one, so I guess it's all fine now.

Purchased based on recommendation, filled out the order and received parts that looked like what was in the manual. When removing the "face" there was a filter already in the microwave, didn't look like what was sent. Tried to fit the filter in the microwave -- it didn't fit. Haven't tried to return but will.

The filter is not as long as the filter that came with the machine. My microwave/convection oven model is: PVM9179SK5SS; Serial: GR25068DL.
