What bulb fits JVM7195DK6WW? (A follow up)

The original question and response is below. Sadly, your suggested replacement isn't even the correct bulb for my microwaves surface light. As indicated in my question, it's a bulb with prongs. The response is correct, a halogen bulb. The link sent is not the correct bulb. Try again.
I am looking at your site and it doesn't specify what surface bulb goes with what model microwave. Very frustrating. I have tried buying a replacement bulb at the hardware store and the prongs are slightly too narrow to work. Why do you manufacture a product you can't buy replacement parts locally?

We want to help you with replacing your cooktop light on your microwave. It is important to unplug your microwave before you replace the light. The light should be a 120-volt, 50-watt max halogen light. Please review page 18 in your manual for details. https://images.salsify.com/image/upload/s--sc8xT1Oh--/rnzfc8bb6ou4s6n1tant.pdf The replacement bulb for your model is part number WB36X10292 and can be found in the following link: https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/WB36X10292?SpecType=SpecType

I would prefer an LED in place of the very, very hot halogen bulb for the surface light. Please inform me of a LED bulb with as many lumens, switches from high to low and is a simple swap???

I just want to say first. Customer service has always been excellent! That's one of the reasons why I chose GE products! . I bought mine in 2005. I've never checked reviews. I would give it an excellent if it weren't for this one thing. (When you think about it that the. The problem is the light bulb. Like, really? I mean, that's the last thing in this world that you would think would be a problem! This machine does so many things, and it all works perfectly, but not the light bulb. SMH) The one issue that I've had from the day I bought it is that light bulb.!!! I just gave up. Trust me, for me to just give up on something that's a big deal.!!! I don't think you need to. A college degree to realize that this is a major issue. In fact, to me, there could be no way that GE doesn't know this, and it's VERY DISAPPOINTING that GE did not do a recall to fix this problem.!! I can fix almost anything. And even this one got past me. And just saying, GE, it does give me a little conflict as far as do I replace this or go with something else.? On a positive note, it just keeps just going and going!! Yeah, I've had to do some work on it, I've had to order a few parts, but nothing unusual. (Thermal sensor). Truly besides that light bulb thing. I'm amazed at how long this has lasted. Works as good as the day I bought it. It would probably be very awkward to just buy a standard microwave now. GE if you read this? I love this product! This will not stop me from buying another GE product. It just truly is. So not cool! It is! To this day every time I'm cooking something, it's just natural habit to want to look in there to make sure everything's OK. And every time there's that little bit of disappointment and having to just accept it, with that being said, have you guys? Developed a replacement product for this light bulb?? Something that will last more than two weeks to a month? If so, I would really appreciate it if you could let me know. Sorry for venting a little bit! I do appreciate your customer service, and that's a thing you guys have always had great customer service. You've stood by your products. This is just the only thing that's ever been negative, really. OK, I'm going to zip it. Thank you so much.

Nice microwave but it™™s not even 2 months old and the light bulb burnt out. Come to find out, this is a pretty common problem with these. That™™s disappointing. Wish I would have gone with a different brand. Will consider this in the future.

I have replaced the light bulb in my microwave at least 12 times in 7 years. Sometimes they last a month sometimes they last one week. I am really tired of spending money on a product that burns out so quickly

My microwave has a nightlight function and requires the 50w bulb which is no longer available. The WB25X10019 is listed as the only replacement bulb. Light works but not as bright as the ones that are recommended by my parts manual, and what's worse, there is NO dimming function for the nightlight. Disappointed!
