Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Fit Perfectly

B Ned 5/19/2019

My old GE refrigerator water valve developed a crack in the plastic after 20 years of service. The old WR57X98 water valve had compression fittings on the poly tubing going to the water dispenser and ice maker. The replacement WR57X10051 water valve has push fittings. Converting from compression fittings to push fittings was of some concern due to possible leaking. The enclosed instructions only mention transferring the mounting bracket from the old valve to the new. This was unnecessary as the new mounting bracket fit perfectly. To avoid possible leaks from the crimped poly tubing, 1/2 inch was cut off the two ends of the poly tubing to provide a fresh surface for the push fittings. After installation, pressurizing with water, testing the water dispenser and operating the ice maker (overnight), no leaks were found. Note that the white plastic shield around the inlet fitting (still 1/4 inch compression) had to be trimmed slightly on the top and on one side because it interfered with a screw head on the refrigerator frame.
