Customer service was the best!! The shelves were an exact replacement so they worked. The 4 stars is for the shelf design. The fall out continually. If they were a better design they wouldn't have to be replaced.

Ten year old GE refrigerator, works great, never have an issue, even with ice maker! Plastic door shelf was tugged on once too often and broke, and to my amazement, it was available to purchase and install! Came promptly, easy to install. thanks GE!

This is the second time this part has been broken by somebody jamming extra bottles into the tray on the door. This plastic trim piece snapped right in to replace the broken one.

With a young grandson he is opening and closing fridge as he learns of his abilities. He closes with the shelfs on door. When they started breaking I was unawair that the clear piece could be replaced and st such a great price. It was so easy

It fit well as is supposed to. But it is SUPER, SUPER, SUPER EXPENSIVE. It a 2 part purchase which make RIDICULOUS the way I see it…. But I rather paid the $86.00 than listen to my wife calling me cheap. A bin shouldn't be 17% of the total cost of a refrigerator. But happy wife, happy life and sad pocket.
