Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (702) 799-9394 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Priority Appliances On-line was started as a family owned company in 2010. Coming from a background of property management ourselves, we soon recognized that there was a large gap of customer service and quality appliances that were geared specifically towards property managers and realtors here in the Las Vegas Valley. Sourcing reliable repair vendors, as well as sourcing replacement appliances at a decent price that could be installed in a timely manner, seemed to be increasingly difficult. As such, Priority Appliances was born.

Today our company works with over 60 different property managers from over two dozen different companies. Our goal is to make sure that your job is made easier when we do our jobs. It can be a very time-consuming task to deal with a repair company and an appliance store for replacement, and instead offer one point of contact for all of your appliance needs. An extreme emphasis is placed on communication to keep all parties updated every step of the way, as well as of course to ensure that the appliances are repaired or replaced in as efficient and effective manner as possible. Here are a few quick highlights we offer to our property management clientele:
• If you require an appliance repair, you can simply e-mail over the work order and we will keep you updated every step of the way, including when the work order is received, when it's scheduled, and once it's completed. All work orders are provided with written estimates and photos of before and after photos (and video, if needed).
• If an appliance needs replacement, we can quote new and open box GE appliance with fully functional warranties (subject to availability) that typically meet or beat big box store pricing. The goal is so that you can have two solutions in hand when you present this to the property owner without having to make more than one phone call/e-mail.
• Should anything go wrong with an appliance that you purchase from us (which happens with machines from time to time), you only have to let us know and we will set up any warranty calls and deal with the manufacturer, if need be.
